It looks like NFTs stands for Nonexistent Fuck-Tapes. SBF and Ellison sex tape may not exist and more likely the claim was an effort to collect crypto.

You're going about it all wrong.

It's not a crypto scam at all. The tape legitimately exists, and they're trying to get some revenue from releasing it.

However, they failed to realize nobody wants to pay to see that greasy caterpillar kike getting humped by another kike with a massive jewfro.

If they were trying to set up a bounty for releasing it they would have more success with that bounty if they released stills. Therefore no stills released equals it doesn't exist or they don't have it.
