Zimbabwe didn't launch shit. They bought a small mobile phone signal repeater satellite it and paid some US company to send it to space.

Correct, basically US via Japan is teaching them how will they do it in future, and probably paying for that too, on pretense that will be for weather and other environmental solutions. Really fucked up, but no surprise there.
