I looked at a few of these. Nowhere did I see a comparison total of volumetric measurement showing that their brains were smaller .

One thing I worry about is a lack of clarity about who is really being sampled in these sort of studies. Are they sampling spics or towel heads in the Caucasian group? What is an East asian? Should groups like mongolians, tibetans, southern chinese or SE asians be included? Are they?

After a bit of reaearch I found that southern Han are genetically distinct from northern Han, closer to Thais or Vietnamese. If we are fairly selective about which asians are being analyzed we should also be comparably selective about which caucasians we include.

No. There are tables where various parts of the brain are compared and for some parts they are smaller and for others they are larger. I dont see any measuremnt for total volume. Where is that in the chinese study?

I agree with garrett. Koreans may play second fiddle to the japs but they are not too dumb.

As you go south in china, the people below the yangtze are actually groups who used to speak languages similar to Thai and Hmong and Vietnamese but they were colonized by the Han. Most of them Identify as Han but they are genetically closer to indo-china.
