When they say he is a "dictator" but the population say he wasn't and that it was a democracy, does this mean they continued to vote for him over the years?

Clearly they were happy with him as their leader, despite the lies we're told.

He implemented the same economic restructuring policies as did Hitler and Libya was, by elevated African standards, a technologically advanced modern society self governed and self sufficient...Libya needed nobody and had/has lots of immediate crude oil....the crime is obvious, the criminals more so...nobody separates from the Rothschild jews, particularly when crude oil is involved. Also...I watched a documentary one year and it was while in Jamaica, it was a South American channel either Chilea or Brazil, if was on Gaddafi, it stated that his entourage of security consisted solely of female bodyguards and that he ate a garlic bulb like one would eat an apple.

There's so much false that we were taught about this man. Just watching the first 10 or so minutes of it his people's congresses have some real potential even in the United states. And me and the idea of Republic was necessary when horses had to travel for days to have a Congress that could get some national legislation done and you don't want to true democracy because then it becomes mob rule but the idea of having these congresses were people themselves would listen to issues and vote on them and then locally decide who would temporarily represent them in a larger scheme might be less prone to corruption then our Congressional system which was designed back in the 1700s when the congressman had to take his horse and go to Washington DC and be gone for days I mean it's an interesting idea anyway.
