Ok the guy had a lot of fans however I thought Steve Irwin's death was entirely predictable, as well in Africa he antagonized a Spitting Cobra which duly spat a load of venom into his eyes, if it had not been for the prompt action of a Masai tribesman who gave him what water he had to wash the venom away he would likely have been blinded.
