You don’t know me, however I was one of the original goats on voat. Transferred with the fattening when I read an article on the ban from Reddit and was curious so I joined Voat.

Was immediately interested in v/theredpill as I had a couple articles written for the site formerly known as Return of the Kings.

I contacted the admin of theredpill and gave him my cell (how trusting) and he called me from Australia and we had a good chat.

He transferred me the admin privilege and I transformed with the help of many other men whom I made admin to making v/theredpill the top ten sub of the site.

Eventually the site transitioned from gaming women to making a man and self improvement and boy did we!

Lots of challenges. Push up challenges, no booze, cold showers (I failed that one a week in) no porn it was great!

The best challenges happened after Voat went down....

I moved here and to Poal but the magic was gone. All the people I knew disappeared or changed user names other than Con and Carnold and I just didn’t have the heart left to start over.

Instead, I started over in real life.

Got married, bought a house, paid off the house, had a child and it changed me.

Luckily I didn’t go too far into the Blackpill and took a chance at life.

In the next couple of years our culture is really going to change but dont let that stop you from living your life and attaining your goals.

I was born in Russia. My ancestors survived WW1, a Revolution, WW2, Communism, Economic collapse and yet here I am. I was born in a place were abortion was high, drugs were legal and criminals were never caught.

Russia now is the best place to live. Unfortunately, I don’t live in Russia. What I can tell you is that’s eventually in our lifetime the hic up that America is going through will recover.

Don’t wait to get married or have children. Just do it as the Nike corpocracy says. They are right:

We need a way to get the word out to all the old goats to let them know voat is back. Voat is only what WE make it. Some of our favorites will never be back, they've moved on or are doing other things but we're here and this will only be what we want it too be. I'd love to see new voat have the glory that was old voat. We can argue about PUTTITOUT till the goats come home but ultimately he bailed without seeking alternatives. That bullshit about server costs was just that, bullshit. I know that because I was one of the people who offered to pay the server costs, no strings and I never heard back. Old voat ended because he wanted it to end but we're here now and I feel lucky to be here! I loved old voat and we'll make this great if we have a mind too! We are the greatest in the world, look what we did before!!

I don't know that it's exceptional. I do think I learned how to use it well.

When I was in school I realized that note taking was a distraction. People spent so much time writing, that they weren't actually listening. I listened very closely to what the teacher was saying and only took written note of lists and charts, graphs.

I actively listened to what was said. I thought about it while it was being said. I actively wrote it to memory. In a similar way, I take note of usernames that post things I either enjoy or dislike.

In this case I can't really remember anything other than that name and a generally positive impression though.

No. I was just a writer. I emailed him only in regards to writing. My first article was good enough that my second admission was accepted right away.

My proud moment is there were minor editorial changes (grammar) the only thing he changed was a couple of pictures.

It's good to hear stories of folks that had similar starts as I did. I also came with the fattening, stayed for the JQ and learned quite a bit.

My u/n has been consistent every place I've been (although on gab I had to add 99 to the end), in case anyone looks me up.

I was on theredpill on reddit, and even after I started with voat. That changed to low-effort posts and infighting, and eventually I dropped off. I'm still on trp, but very rarely. There's probably some benefit to start over with fresh eyes to the philosophy.

I was late to the redpill party but took to it straight away, it opened my eyes on how to make it in clown world, I got a trade and pride myself on being early every day (even though it's not appreciated) got married and started going to the gym, sadly I've lost motivation in the last few years to go to the gym and take care of myself, a lot of hard work has been wasted but I'm ready to start building myself again.
