I used to refinish wood floors. I worked by myself and would bust ass to get the job done by friday afternoon. the boss would want me to go help his lazy ass cousin who already had a helper. I'd tell him that I didnt bust my ass all week to help his pot head slacker relatives.

ahh, well I'm the pothead in my office (no nepotism) and I get shit done. I also request the pay equal to the value of my work. If not, I'd go down the road. I almost did recently, but they gave me more money.
