I built an automation system for a plastic injection molding plant. My crew has finished the actual job and we are moving onto the training phase. I have some guys training the technicians who will maintain the automation, and I have some men training the laborers on how to properly remove the packed parts from the automation and place them into boxes.
This plant manager was smart enough to hire only White men to work as automation techs, but the laborers... nothing but low IQ wiggers and your typical niggers.
All these laborers have to do is stand in one spot, pick up a packaged/bagged part and put it in the box with the number that matches the bag. Bag 1 goes into box 1, simple.
As I take a break from programming, drinking some coffee while I watch the production floor from the CEOs office I see these niggers all standing in a cluster bullshitting. As they bullshit I see the wiggers contemplate leaving their work station to join in the talk of "muh dikken". As they join in the machines pile up the automation, clogging the presses, causing potential damage to the molds.
I've already said something about this to the production manager and as I'm typing this I see him berating the entire group. These fools risk the easiest legit $25/hr they will ever get just to pack bagged parts into boxes in climate controlled rooms.
I've written a second email now to the CEO about this, and I'll be staying Monday morning to talk to him about it. My name is attached to this project, and I'll be damned if I let a bunch of assholes drag me down, I'll rip everything out and pay the contract fee. My reputation is more important, my automation is amazing.
These niggers deserve to sweat in the heat of the sun.
Me and a fat hipster asshole were the only white guys on a crew that was otherwise all nigger. Holy fuck were they some lazy fuckers. At lunch they'd fuck around the whole time and run around playing like pranks on each other and they'd eat the most garbage lunches imaginable and be asleep half an hour later because they had no energy. Then he'd send me home with pay because not shits getting done with those lazy niggers.

My suggestion was in a alternate reality where you could both be a free speech advocate and publicly known businessman.
Obviously in this alternative reality, you would get a replacement number of decent workers trained and tested before firing the old workers for gross incompetence.
Still, there are other websites where you can repost your story, although slightly changing it and just changing niggers/wiggers to lazy bastards. So, if you have any control over the hiring process, going through one of the reputable conservative sites may be the correct answer. Think Gab or sites like it.
Edit: Also encourage your customers to have regular alcohol and drug tests for their employees. It's one of the easiest and most legal ways to root wiggers and niggers out.
I haven't ever gone to gab, maybe I could use that site to post good places I come across. Often I have to hire locals to help with set up, not all my guys like traveling. I could use gab to help expand my worker pool and do the same for my customers.

I agree but that's how injection molding presses are. They are moving about 3k pounds at 5 inches/second, they can't stop on a dime when the mold protection goes off.
Both, they buy the press and picker (milacron, fanuc, arburg, etc) and I design and oversee building/integrating of the automation.
This happens once a year, maybe twice. For about two or three months at a time.
It's fun to watch a place go from dusty warehouse to a stage 4 clean room with 12 cells of four machines each, all swapping parts betwixt each other with six axis robots.
It's a shame to see a nigger laying eyes on what I've created. They have zero ability to admire the effort it took to make sure that robot arm operates within a .5 mm tolerance at all times.

I'm working on it. I saw cartbots in California that would do the entire job of a warehouse. If I use that instead of conveyors, along with picker and my automation, we could eliminate all but the skilled labor and a few janitors. The diversity hires can be the janitors, one black per shift to appease jew demands.
What CAD system do you prefer? I've used Inventor in the past. Now I'm using NX. I can't believe how bad NX is for how much it costs. Overall it's crazy how buggy these systems are for the cost. Meanwhile "free" games run almost flawlessly.

I used to work for Toshiba. Part of my job was communicating with the fab. But, they were pretty competent, so I never had to direct any 'corrective measures'.
The fab were responsible for the machines. So, if they ever broke, I never heard about it. All I cared about was maintaining production curves and product integrity.
Used to be a forklift driver in an injection molding plant. These niggers in the molding department had the easiest fucking work. Grab a part once a minute, do a ten second trim and inspection, bag it, and wait. This one sheboon couldn't handle even that, so she reached in and scratched the fuck out of the mold with a pocket knife when it was open. These were parts to be chrome plated or painted for automotive use, so this mold was fucked. Had to be sent to Kentucky to be fixed.
I watch them spin an encoded motor drive like it's a toy. I told the one floor manager not to tell them doing so will break the automation, but he did and now they target it. We are installing a shield to encase the wheel away from their dick skinners.
This is why I stick around during training so I can fix the weak points.
Oh I have alarms and sensors on my equipment, but the customer owns the presses and even though I know how to program the press to stop when automation stops, but the customer NEVER wants these machines down unless they break.
I can't divert because we've already utilized every inch of floorspace.
Well, there IS an automated nigger obstruction removal system (demonstration here), but OP already maxed out the floorspace, plus the budget didn't allow for it.
What is needed is a nigger who knows how to work and be put in charge of the lazy niggers to force them to work who can hire and fire niggers at will. Expect turnover but after two or three rounds there will be some niggers who can at least complete a full shift.
You ought to add a photoelectric beam to stop the line if things start backing up, with an alarm that goes off so the supervisor will notice and yell at everyone slacking off.
That's basically already part of the system. They allow the operators let the alarm scream in their ears until the press picker is crashing into my automation.
Part of the contract states that I do not alter any of the controls of the press or picker. That is solely the responsibility of the owner. The owner here wants the machine to never stop because he thinks like an insect. Most plastic injection mold plant owners think this way. I blame the Chinese influenced colleges.
You think I haven't tried working with these people? I came up with a solution, extremely loud but under the earplug threshold sirens and a scrap bin that can hold many "overflow" cycles. The alarm goes off long enough that the operators catch the machine up to avoid the annoyance. It's worked for the most part, only 7 of the 150 employees withstand my approach.
Other customers work with me and allow me to make sure the press stops and goes into standby to avoid damage. Not all of them are retarded, but all of them are greedy.
Got any sort of logging on the thing? It'd be great if you could tell prospective customers who heard "your system failed" that the machine was left running unsupervised for ten minutes with the alarm going off before it ate itself.

Associates degree in electrical maintenance. Spent some time in the air force in that field. Got out asafp, got into plastic injection molding. Left that for PLC programming for a company. Left that to program PLCs on the side (still do this sometimes). Now I call plastics plants and meet with them to see what I can do for them.
It's not about credentials at all though tbh. The entire time I spent in the military and afterwards I've spent nurturing my love for automation and building crazy machines.
In a most basic sense my plan every time is to call the plant and set a meeting up ahead of time, go in with business cards and let them know what I would be able to do to help their plant run more efficiently.
As you get more successful jobs under your belt you can create a portfolio which demonstrates your ability and that alone will often times be enough to land you work.
Mind posting some information here on Voat about metal injection molding. Metal smithing, especially steel smithing, is something I've wanted to get into for a while now. I however have a lazy streak and hammering away at a hot piece of metal for hours with a machine, or days by hand, isn't my cup of tea.
That's the part with which I have the least experience. The process is relatively the same. Material in pellet form is vaccummed into a barrel with a screw inside it. The product is ground and heated into a liquid and then forced into a mold. The mold opens and parts are ejected into the automation.
With metal the process takes minutes or hours, with plastic it takes seconds.

It's not about credentials at all though tbh. The entire time I spent in the military and afterwards I've spent nurturing my love for automation and building crazy machines.
In a most basic sense my plan every time is to call the plant and set a meeting up ahead of time, go in with business cards and let them know what I would be able to do to help their plant run more efficiently.
As you get more successful jobs under your belt you can create a portfolio which demonstrates your ability and that alone will often times be enough to land you work.

Anything made with plastic, rubber, silicone, silicon, even metal can be injection molded.
