The government and corporations went out of their way to commit mass murder with opiate prescriptions.

Capital offences by hundreds of people.

Reckless homicide, negligent homicide, facilitation of death, racketeering. But first degree murder would probably stick if we wanted to play by the rules they just bulldoze.
