Who were the Hyksos?

Some say the current asskenazi juice decended from the Hyksos, anyone know anything about them? Too lazy to sift through lies for the truth.

'Hyksos' was the name of the 15th Dynasty of Egypt, which supposedly derives from old Egyptian for "foreign rulers."

They were a Semitic group that invaded Egypt at a time when Egypt was in turmoil, and ruled it for about a century. However, unlike a traditional conquest, the Hyksos dynasty was preceded by waves of Semitic immigration, which eventually led to them taking power only when they felt they were stronger than the native Egyptians. Eventually they were pushed out of Egypt, and the jews still haven't let it go now over three thousand years later.

As to jews being descended from the Hyksos (or more accurately, from the Semites that made up the Hyksos dynasty), probably, in part at least. After the failure of the Hyksos dynasty most of them resided in Canaan, later termed Judea, migrating to Rome and other centers of commerce around Europe to clip some coins and generally jew around. This was for the most part the same population throughout the time period, up until the 1st and 2nd centuries AD.

During the 1st and 2nd centuries, the jews kept jewing in Judea, causing several revolts culminating in the destruction of Judea by the Romans, which, in an attempt to destroy them, spread them throughout the Empire in the hopes that their culture would die out. This would prove to be one of the greatest mistakes in history.

Over the centuries these jews now strewn about Europe would mix with the European population (as is the jews' chameleon nature), and become the "ashkenazi jews."
