I have 2, and been wrenching on them for 10 years, I agree with them. Not the easiest car to work on, but generally it's all logically laid out and straightforward. The parts are surprisingly high quality, Japan had a deflated currency during the late 90's which allowed them to make affordable high-quality parts for their cars in that era.
