A racist attack could raise a person’s stress biomarkers almost immediately, with racial discrimination being an ultimate stressor, even against other stressors, such as having a fight with a spouse or financial distress.

Cortisol levels almost doubled in participants’ saliva the morning after they reported experiencing racial discrimination, such as being called slurs.
Microaggressions —such as person had been mistaken for a service worker because of their race—, on the other hand, seemed to increase cortisol levels on the very same day.

Having high levels of cortisol over time has been linked to hypertension, bone loss, and type 2 diabetes, seems to affect sleep, it's associated with depression, anxiety, and it has been shown to weaken the immune system.

If cortisol level increases body weight, would the most niggery niggers also be the fattest? Are skinny niggers the only niggers who don't interact with other races?

Well in US blacks are the most obese, and Asians are the least obese, they don't interact with other races so much, for all I know.
Obesity rates for adults in the United States in 2020, by ethnicity:
Black 42.4%
American Indian/Alaska Native 37.1%
Hispanic 35.9%
White 30.2%
Asian/Pacific Islander 13.2%

Huge amount of that % is due to food, that I'm certain, even if they will tell it's something else. We got "western food" relatively late here and were flooded than with it in short time, so the difference is very observable and I guarantee it's the food -beverages included- to blame, specially amino acids as additives in food work like local hormones, for instance Cysteine is such. Asians eat differently than blacks or whites, so they are not so much affected.

Last I checked Americans are most obese in the world, so maybe stress have to do smth with it too. if yes, I'm sure all this anti-white pro-depravity agenda is on purpose, to put ppl more in stress - pharmacy needs money.

That's an interesting theory about the amino acids.
Would provide yet another reason why Amish have almost no obesity.
