This stuff gets so boring. By 'revolutions' is meant Communist revolutions and no one seems interested in asking why, say, Huguenots, were so bullish on the French Revolution. Maybe because like Jews in Russia they got kicked around by the government? You don't need to have a lot invested in this to be able to grasp basic cause and effect.

If someone has told you several times that they are going to do something, and they still haven't done it, you can safely assume they aren't going to do it.
