I mean... they probably wouldn't be any better, really... but we'd be supporting our own economy, our own people, and cutting out all those shipping costs. And stuff.

Yes. I loved the Panther platform and still own a 2006 Lincoln Town Car.

Well, that does suck then. There must be other platforms...but of course cost and reliability come it. And if they have the styling you like that's a thing too. Well, that sucks and I hope you find a replacement.

The 4.6L modular V8 was fine. Many fleet vehicles ran to 300,000+ miles
