Even things that are illegal can happen. Guns were heavily restricted in both jurisdictions here while a 30 year long intercommunal conflict raged. And when needed people from either community had little difficulty getting their hands on things a lot more powerful than rifles. Like I said, when they’re needed they’ll be there, same as it ever was.
