Most suggested technological progress aims at regressing those who consent to use it.

That's why you're here, discussing jews, while people like those kids are unknowingly worshipping their demise, cheering and clapping all the way.

Well jews certainly don't work.

Do you think they would be able to figure out vinyl records and a record player? This is all normal. Every few decades through the 20th century, the technology changes and renders previous technology unrecognizable to later generations.

Bullshit, I know how to use radio, records, 8 track, cassette tape, cd, mini disc, and mp3. These kids have been ruined by jews.

They also have no concept of how the underlying technology works.

This is the problem and it will be a huge issue in the far future. People understand how to use things but they don't understand how anything works.

Some of us read technical manuals and build woodgas generators for fun. Not everyone is as happy with their ignorance as most children are.

I'll admit, cassette tapes seemed like magic when they first came out.

They might as well be. Magnetic tape decks are a marvel of engineering.

The difference is we were taught to respect our elders therefore we inherently respected things that came before us. I loved tying fishing flys with my grandfather and going to catch and clean the fish for example.
Most of the younger generations couldn’t even bait their own hook (much less tie it on the line).

Thankfully, there are plenty of awesome young Chads as well so I won’t be that guy that says the whole damned generation is lost. They said that about us, too (correctly)…

Man, I miss fishing with my dad and great uncles as a kid. Not like I was ever a successful fisherman; my luck was rotten.

Remember those old cartoons where the character catches an old boot? That was me. Aside from the boot, I hooked plenty of water moccasins.

Fishing sucked, but the time spent with family and hearing old stories made it memorable.

Have you figured out how to turn on your iphone flashlight yet?

[ - ] Belmont 0 points 2.8 yearsSep 8, 2022 01:38:34 ago (+0/-0)

Necessity can be the mother of googling.

[ - ] watts2db 1 point 2.8 yearsSep 5, 2022 13:33:29 ago (+1/-0)

yeah basically turned then into niggers

[ - ] HughBriss -1 points 2.8 yearsSep 5, 2022 12:49:29 ago (+0/-1)

That's hardly what I was talking about. I was talking about children, not you. I was suggesting that, like the kid in the video, kids in other generations often come across their parents' or grandparents' music collection and wonder how you play them. My kids found some of my old 8-tracks and were amused because they'd never seen one before.

[ - ] Her0n -1 points 2.8 yearsSep 5, 2022 17:36:27 ago (+0/-1)

These kids seem like overconfident little shits who think they are much more intelligent than they actually are.

[ - ] HughBriss -1 points 2.8 yearsSep 5, 2022 17:41:26 ago (+0/-1)

Alas, that tends to describe much of today's youth. They've been taught unwarranted self-esteem without teaching them any actual critical thinking or reasoning skills.

You'd at least know that it was a device that went into a machine.

These morons didn't even consider that.

Pressing record and play at the same time to record, is nothing a kid today would figure out. You need an old fart to show you that trick. And putting tape over the holes on the cassette to make it recordable again, if the tabs were popped out. That’s another baffling hurdle to overcome.

[ - ] iocane -1 points 2.8 yearsSep 6, 2022 01:20:00 ago (+0/-1)

Those kids are fucking idiots. You don't need to have used something to still have a basic understanding of how it might work. Holding it up to your ear? That is nigger level retarded.
