Their tactic is to never prove flat earth since they can't make a model which describes all observable phenomena. Instead they sow doubt about earth being a globe by character assassination, saying every single proof is a kike, and deliberately misconstruing scientific research and experiments.

Take the vid you posted for example - the same effect can be achieved on a flat earth if the sun is 32 miles away from us, so flat earthers chose to believe that and voila, your video is "debunked", ignoring all other measurement done on celestial objects. In a different context they'll ignore this entirely, which is why they still can't make a functional model of flat earth that explains all observable phenomenon in the sky.

If you watch the debates they engage in on YT you'll see that every time something a flattard says is rebuked they don't address it and weasel their way to their next talking point, which makes it ironic that they say they aren't kikes. This is pilpul in action and exactly what Hitler wrote about how he came to hate them.

And they love making up false paradoxes and meaningless thought experiments which they demand answers to.

I like Carl Sagan, but this particular explanation was terrible. Obviously the Earth could be flat with a light source casting different shadow lengths and even different directions.

Wouldn't they just say that it's due to the sun being close to Earth? Maybe if they did it with multiple points east-west and north-south, to find out that the effect only happens on one axis, rather than both as you'd predict if it were a flat surface with a close light source. They'd then just say that their cellphones were rigged to lie about time synchronization, to throw off their experiment. I wonder whether the angle difference is enough to measure within a small space, say hundreds of feet. Probably not.
