Doesn't mean Russia will have the money to equip or train them well. It will take them years to make up for what they lost in Ukraine.

Russia is screwed because they have only natural resources. Basically zero technology of any kind. Since the end of USSR, politicians didn't do anything to help create tech in Russia.
