I refuse to shake a woman's hand. It either comes off as being effeminate, because you make a note not to outright cripple her arm for life, or you seem like a psycho for going half stick and actually coming close to breaking her hand.

I'd rather the woman just assume I'm an asshole as the hand gesture remains unfulfilled. Lately I have been contemplating patting her on the shoulder for offering the gesture. Then make some utterance such as 'mate' or 'bro' so she can fuck off with that honoured masculine greeting.
