A soggy taco.

I haven't been able to stomach nachos ever since I saw this one fat fuck youtuber I think it was ..joey?? something .. eating nachos in his car.

It was disgusting and I was traumatized.

I found the superior way for me is to melt block cheese pieces (not that pre-shredded stuff) and separately dice red onion, lettuce, and tomato (and whatever else on hand that might work). Stick the vegetables in a bowl with sour cream and salsa and mix into a giant mess. Use a spoon instead of dipping. Keeping them separate makes the nachos stay crisp the entire time, as well as being less messy to eat.
