They belwive in a conspiracy, all right.

They require a conspiracy to explain why there are such disparities between between races if they are all of equal ability.

And so the answer is that whites are conspiring against blacks and other such groups.

Then the ideology gradually shifts towards increasing the hate and blame put upon the white devil scapegoat.
