He's way off on Operation Barbarossa. The attack by the Germans was purely defensive. Source, exKGB/NKVD Soviet agent Victor Suvurov. Book detailing the truth of that is ""The Chief Culprit: Stalin's Grand Design to Start World War II".
The first successful ‘resurrection’ was accomplished in 1973. The Department of Defense awarded a contract to the hospital for it’s achievement, as it was a great advantage to the military whose numbers were dwindling because of draft dodgers and war casualties.
The draft ended in 1973, no one was dodging it then. US involvement in Vietnam also ended in '73, so I'm not sure what casualties we were incurring at that point. The author could have just said the draft ended then, and that's why we needed a new way to recruit. But he didn't, because he wasn't alive then and never read a history book, or took a split second to run a web search.
In other words, the hospital I work for achieved what Operation Barbarossa did
Holy shit. That's pretty impressive. A single hospital was able to complete the goals of Hitler's invasion of Soviet Russia. How were those nurses and doctors able to get past the tanks of Stalingrad?

Let me try to find it but 6- 7 or so years ago there was an article that said they were going to start experimenting with this on an unnamed carribean island.

This isn't what I read back then but maybe it's getting closer placing here. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/resurrected-a-controversial-trial-to-bring-the-dead-back-to-life/#
Maybe the above was what I had read. every other thing only talks about bioquark. This article says it wasn't given the green light after all.
