Except management or someone authorised by management would have to 'request him to leave' first'and then him refuse to leave before he can technically breach a lawfully ordered Trespass notice.

Even in states that require a CCW, if you're in a theater or mall that doesn't want guns on the premises you can concealed carry as you please. Of course, if they find out you're carrying they can ask you leave. If you don't leave, you can be charged with trespassing... so just conceal your gun very well.

"Wasn't supposed to have a gun" is erroneous; the establishment only posted a sign requesting that he doesn't carry a gun. He was doing everything right.

Thats not actually true at all - that little charade was near the end of the plus 1 hrs he stood there, and after he had had several notifications/ calls / txts on his phone.
He knew she was in there as soon as he walked in - he was one of the first 5 cops on scene - - even said 'that's my wife's classroom right there' when he walked in.
He let them take him away and he didn't do shit except stand around not say anything until guilt and reality finally had him do a half assed 'come on guise please'.

Plus single snapshots/ limited clips can kinda imply anything unless you can get all the footage and different versions of an event to then put together a coherent time line of who where what and why etc.
