Ronen called the fence a temporary solution while San Francisco Public Works sets up a vendor permit application process and trains more street inspectors as part of a new law to crack down on people stealing stolen goods.

24th st has always been a little Mexico and is generally a pretty nice little corner of San Francisco. When I knew the city it was 16th st that typically had junkies and degenerates shitting themselves all over the BART plaza.
