I will not Paul. He is the exception in that most are pussies, but they are all assholes and suicidal riding on the road, often 2 or 3 abreast, always as far from the gutter as they can. If you want to ride on the road and endanger yourself you need some sort of identification to catch you when you inevitably break the law. And also insurance to pay for therapy when some poor person unwittingly assists their suicide.

Also cyclists are hideous and smell disgusting.
