The reality is more likely a bowl of sugary cereal or nothing at all, as they rush to work, school etc.

Believe me or not, but I don't have breakfast, I eat when it's 12 o'clock and then at 6 o'clock and that's it.

I think that's normal, I don't have time after sleeping as long as possible. Sometimes I eat one meal a day I want it to be big though.

Same. If I do eat in the morning, it's a light meal. I can't function for the rest of the day on a full stomach. Makes me sluggish and unalert.
