Earlier the TPG helpline admitted there was a problem with NBN i'net, while the NBN helpline said the system was down due to "scheduled maintenance," that it would be back up before 4 pm which never happened, now both places say there are "no problems" anywhere yet we still have no connection.
Update .. it just connected 6:20 pm, wonder if someone was scanning my mobile device.
Update 2 .. ok the modem had a full row of lights for a few seconds only before they went out again, so now we are back to where we started .. no connection!
