There is one department in the navy that is the least diverse by a large margin than the rest. It has to be by default because only the highest IQ sailors can make it through the program. I was a staff instructor at one of the schools for a time and, despite their best efforts, the powers that be were eventually forced to let some of those low IQ sailors wash out of the program because the consequences of having fuckwits operating some of the most critical equipment the navy has is too great.

I was saddened to discover that the admiral who started that program had a big nose but then after thinking about all of the stories I had heard about him it all came together and made sense. I also believe that he was an Albert Einstein to that entire program on the backs of the real engineers.
