Why do people want their little girls in skirts? It's always seemed like pedo grooming to me. They encourage easy access...

The school may not have been in the right legally under our current aystem, but they are right morally and scientifically. I wish I had been raised to know that men and women are significantly, substantially different.

How can a court make this ruling without being biologists?

Next up, court rules that boys can wear skirts.

Rather, that it is the constitutional right of educational institutions to require boys wear skirts.

Liberal Twitter response: "Isn't that the free market you love, Trumpster? You can always send your boy to a different school."

As far as this case goes, I'm really not in disagreement with the court's opinion. I don't see any reason why a school can't permit some kind of pant and skirt option. That said, I'm not in agreement with the court's ruling power to tell a school what it can and cannot do. As long as the skirts are appropriate, then I do think it should be up to the owners of a given institution what they accept or don't, who they associate with or choose not to.

But that just circles back on the first point, would you be okay with a school mandating boys wear skirts? My initial reaction is, yeah, go ahead, and watch your school fail in record time. On the other hand, it seems like there has to be some norms and beliefs that are just universal in a society, that can't be trampled on no matter how 'free' your market is.

The draw to being a hypocrite is strong, but at some point do we just have to accept there is no alternative that isn't hypocritical? Maybe trying to judge systems on their fairness is the wrong approach to begin with.

Legally, the school could make everyone wear skirts. Or kilts. I think.

This is why I thought they all wore pants now.

How insane: choosing to send your girl to a school that requires skirts, then suing because you don't want your girl wearing a skirt.
Guess that's normal behavior for clown world.

Sounds exactly like something a jew would do to subvert the entire school. We need to ignore court rulings and be able to back that up in our areas when the time comes.
