Harvard did a 10 year study linking mild pesticides with damage to bees ability to navigate leading to colony collapse disorder, CCD. So while, in the dosages used on plants, glyphosate won't outright kill bees, it makes them effectively retarded and unable to navigate which eventually leads to a dead hive.

There was an article posted on here a while back that explained that it was the binder used in Roundup brand, not the generic glyphosate generics, that made it so particularly lethal to bees.
