It’s way easier to find non jewed fabric suppliers then clothing brands. Like Combed, RingSpun Egyptian Cotton. Or merino wool. Then Just need to find a local seamstress that can replicate EXACT fit from existing brands you like now.

I have a zero water filter when removes everything from the city water. It even comes with a ppm meter that lets you test it and it really does reduce it down to 0 ppm. Some of the best tasting water I've had too, although it does also remove minerals and stuff too
If a well isn't an option a filter like the Big Berkey is best. Most water filters do not remove flouride so if you go that route do your research.
Filters are expensive but pay for themselves over time. Bottled water costs will definitely add up over time but it is a good solution to get off of flouride today. I'm ballparking it, but I'd shoot for .02-.04 mg iodine per lb bodyweight.
For a 170 lb male, that's roughly 3 to 7 mg per day.
I usually tend to favor the lower range. I took a liquid product that contained just under 2 mg per drop. These liquid products tend to be mixtures of iodine and iodide. My method was to take 4 drops/day for a week or so, and then a maintenance dose of 3 drops every other day.

I usually tend to favor the lower range. I took a liquid product that contained just under 2 mg per drop. These liquid products tend to be mixtures of iodine and iodide. My method was to take 4 drops/day for a week or so, and then a maintenance dose of 3 drops every other day.
I know that some people swear by 10-13 mg daily or whatever.
It's really up to you; I would not personally go that high, and if you do, I'd make it short term. I'd wager you could start noticing adverse effects once you started approaching 20 mg/day give or take a couple of mg.
So my answer would be .02-.04 mg iodine/lb of bodyweight should be quite safe. Again, supplements are going to contain a mixture of both forms; I recall reading a study years ago where two dry iodine products were found to contain no iodine, while the liquid brand contained both (regardless of what the dry products said on the package).
J Crow's Lugols (2%) solution, at 2 drops per day is going to deliver about 5 mg total (iodine and iodide). That's safe. I use a product called Iosol.
EDIT: Big edit; a whole order of magnitude. I meant .02-.04 mg / lb (NOT .2-.4).

As for making your own cleaning product you are just wasting time and money. You can buy concentrated natural cleaner for about $5 and cut about 3 tablespoons worth with water to fill a standard spray bottle. It will last you about a year.

When you say shop, you mean like items? I do not buy much stuff. Obviously I need to go to places like home depot once in a while. I have a broken appliance that is so old it is beyond repair, I need to do something about it.
For other items, I try to make them myself, get them at a flea market used, or find a mom and pop shop. I am lying though if I say I do not go to Costco, which I do. Idk if it is jewish though? I did have a mask issue there where they kicked me out once.
