On a lesser note, as a general contractor in CA, you must provide cold drinking water and cups for the framers and such. When I was coming up in the trades, no one would carry your ass, you had to bring your own water and lunch. Now the boss has to haul around water and ice and buy cups that the mexishits use once and toss on the ground.
