Interesting. Explainable though. The SC consideration schedule has been known for a long time. It was known there was a good chance Roe would be overturned. And registering a domain is cheap, if not free. So it makes sense to plan that far ahead, if there's a chance to reeeeeeeeeeee.

They probably created it as a contingency to RvW getting overturned when the Supreme Court began reviewing it. I'm not sure when they started looking at it again though.
