Any time Beck sounds not completely retarded he is reading a prepared script (he could barely finish because he doesn't really understand what he's reading). That said, this is one of those instances where he was given legitimate info. Priming, predictive programming, whatever you want to call it, this is what some agency or think tank is predicting. Most of what he said has been known for years.
The only spin was the "Xi will be dictator for life because Japan is broke" leap of logic. If it happens, that was the agreed upon plan and the story that the media will tell NPCs.
As soon as he finished this segment I bet he started talking about 1-800-GOLDLINE though.
