You're referring to John chapter 8.

It doesnt say "all racial jews" are children of the devil. Its referring to people who don't love Jesus such as nazicucks. Look at the preceding verse:

Nazicucks dont love Jesus therefore they are children of the devil. Who are the people who love Jesus and therefore arent of the devil? Only Christians.
