It came home one day with that blue growth on it's neck and the dog thought it was some sort of alien invasion so it attacked.

Plausible.

This is what I'm talking about, who deadpans a dog?

Every dog will try to bite you because it's a sign of aggression to maintain eye contact.

I wonder what aggressive breeds will do to your face? That's right, fuck you up.

I dunno “every dog” but point taken. I wouldn’t try it with a pit, especially a male, unless Id had the dog awhile and really knew him. This girl is a bimbo with limited dog experience. Sometimes youve got to learn the hard way. My guy (hound) just looks away uncomfortably if I get too in his face. Alot of them don’t like being patted on the head I find.

I dunno “every dog” but point taken.

Everydog will find this a hostile action, but not every dog will act upon it because some breeds are sissy lap dogs and will feel threatened.

LOL every article is written by a femoid that probably dresses up their dogs with weird hats.

Do NOT stare down a dog, this goes triply for women, kids, niggers and anyone other than a white man.
Even the first article tiptoes around this implicitly common-sense notion.

A beagle is a faggot dog and will just think you're an asshole and be bitched out by the aggressive display. To us it's just looking at the dog with "love", to the dog it thinks you want to smash its head in.

When they did this study, they found that the female dogs locked eyes with their owners more often, and this also meant that oxytocin levels in the human increased as well. When the researchers gave the male dogs the oxytocin supplement, the gazes were not similar to of the female dogs reaction and there was no extra boost in oxytocin levels of the owner.

Who would have thought that trying to intimidate a male dog by giving it the stink eye was bad. Thats right, every white man ever intrinsically knows this. Then some Karen nuzzles to her pitbul, rottweiler, etc and it bites her on the face, hahaha.

Femoids are always trying to cuddle dogs like its their fur baby, but dogs dont respect this display.

Did you know when dogs yawn they aren't bored? It certainly isn't mirroring behavior like when humans contagiously yawn, a psychopathological form of echophenomena that is essentially regarded as empathetic behavioural cue.
No dogs are a different species and dont equate the same values to the same behaviours, such as yawning with empathy, they are actually expressing anxiousness when they yawn. Dog yawn doesnt mean they are tired, it means they are uncomfortable.

The oxycotin feedback loop, lol.
Thats what a washed up spinster that never had kids, buying animals to replace the babies she should have had, and she feels like the dog loves her the same way that she loves the dog as a replacement child.

Ofcourse thedog loves its family and master (alpha), buit its not from staring into each others eyes.

Dogs, however, see the same action as a sign of dominance. Dogs rarely make prolonged eye contact with other dogs and a straight gaze is generally deemed threatening behavior. In most cases, one dog will break eye contact with another to avoid a potential fight. In the same way, a dog you’ve locked in a stare may show submissive behavior, such as looking away or rolling over onto his back. Some dogs, however, react aggressively to the perceived challenge, backing up and barking or even biting in response.

You didn't even read your own articles.

All dogs find it aggressive, just aggressive dogs will act upon the challenge to hierarchical dominance. That's why a pitbull will bite a Karen on the face and not the alpha white male.

LOL, What? Your dog must think you are a piece of shit.

Are you white? You NEVER stare a dog down directly in the eyes, even Maltese terriers will snap at you. IT IS A SIGN OF CANINE AGGRESSION.

You can look a dog in the face, put your face towards its muzzle (even though it makes the dog uncomfortable), but you never, ever eye ball a dog. Every white person knows this. Niggers, Semites and shitskins don't know this because they never domesticated dogs.

If your dog 100% knows youre in charge, most breeds will just assume youre pissed at them and roll over if you stare them down. A pit, chihuahua, chow, akita, shiba, etc... They just cant fucking help themselves depending on their specific temperament. I can look at my dog however the fuck I want. If shes barking too much, or getting into some stuff shes not supposed to if I stare her down she just goes in to im sorry mode she isnt going to bite me even if I stuck her whole nose in my mouth while maintaining crazy eye contact not that I would do that anyway.... Also, shes the best dog I've ever had. When she passes probably 4 or 5 years from now, I probably wont get another dog until I retire.

No go back and see my first comment. Thanks for reiterating my point because you don't do this to rottweilers, german shepherds, and aggressive breeds or you get teeth marks on your face for trying to bitch out power dogs.

Wrong.

Dogs sense fear and will always try to capitalize on it. No matter how big your dog is, you can't ever fear it. You must be ready to fearlessly decapitate it with your bare hands if necessary and your eyes must always show it. Dogs read eyes. They understand threats. You don't beat them of course. They understand the threat of violence much better than violence itself. Play usually replaces actual violence in dog world. They're capable of love and need it too. But the heirarchy always comes first.

There are times when you don't glare at a dog, true. Never glare at a strange dog or one you're just visiting. You're outside the heirarchy then. You may be viewed as anything from property to a threat. You'd hope the owner used his glare to teach the dog when aggression is not appropriate, but that's only a hope.

If I look my dog in eyes, she looks away. But she's a golden retriever. So....

Thanks for chiming in an aggressive dog conversation with your anecdote about one of the least aggressive breeds. We all feel better now.

Dogs that are properly socialized around humans adopt human mannerisms. Thus being looked at is not taken as a sign of aggression.

[ - ] UncleDoug 0 points 2 yearsApr 18, 2022 23:18:42 ago (+0/-0)

Anthropomorphism.

[ - ] bonghits4jeebus 0 points 2 yearsApr 18, 2022 23:31:13 ago (+0/-0)

Anthropomorphism is the "attribution of human motivation." The dog's motivation is to ingratiate itself to humans -- basically to get food. Thus dogs have evolved to respond to, and to extent they are capable (which is more than wolves are) mimic human facial expressions and more.

IOW if we're talking about a turtle, yeah you're probably imagining that your turtle is smiling at you. A dog has social capabilities better than any other animal.

[ - ] UncleDoug 0 points 2 yearsApr 18, 2022 23:41:04 ago (+0/-0)

Anthropomorphism is the "attribution of human motivation.

No anthropomorphism is when people attribute human characteristics or behaviour to animals.

You are mistaking domestication and familiarity of animal companions with them acting like you would expect a human to behave.
Dogs are not human and do not interpret our behaviours in the same way we do, this has been scientifically proven.

Dogs that are properly socialized around humans adopt human mannerisms.

This isn't a thing. Dogs observe a strict hierarchy, if you are alpha they will try to appease you to secure its spot in the pack.

A dog has social capabilities better than any other animal.

Yes, dogs are very emotionally and socially intuitive and receptive to humans. With over one hundred different expressions and often picking up on subtle cues from humans, they are also still dogs.

Maybe the majority of tlol need to go watch a few episodes of that spic dog whisperer Cesar Millan because most users understanding of dogs is embarrassing.

Its @digitalgirlfriend on instagram. It seems to be the same person. She looks to be a total whore so I think the dog is vindicated in this instance.

The small circle on the right is an icon for the song playing. Left side of both shots says "@digitalgirlfrnd." It's the same chick. https://www.tiktok.com/@digital_girlfrnd/video/6982682438124309765?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1

Looks more like a staffy to me, you'd have to be a real piece of shit to get bitten by one of them

[ - ] Leveraction 0 points 2 yearsApr 18, 2022 16:44:44 ago (+0/-0)

I hate those fucking dogs! After being bit, never fucking trust those things especially around kids.
