Yea they are adding different enzymes and mold inhibitors to push for longer shelf lifes. This is a corporate level decision nationwide. I'm not going to disclose what company this is but it's one of the top 2 in the country."

they changed the rules back during covid, the ingredient list doesn't have to be accurate.
