Russia responded to Ukraine's chopper attack on an oil depot inside Russia by conducting a strike on Ukraine's only oil refinery plant -- which is owned by corrupt Israeli-Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.

I think it's stupid that the West has pushed Russia into a corner, but it's interesting the options that opens for them when they've got little to lose. If Putin does this right he could destroy many Western parasites, e.g. the dollar, by accepting gold as he is for payment.

Kolomoisky also owns the 1+1 Media Group, which operates eight Ukrainian TV channels. Kolomoisky basically funded Zelensky's presidency and public profile through his media empire.
