"3. Soy causes feminization in men. High doses of phytoestrogens have been shown to impair male rats’ ability to produce offspring, but the same effect hasn’t been found in male humans.5 Since many of the concerns related to soy come from studies in rats and mice, it’s important to recognize that rodents metabolize soy isoflavones differently than humans, essentially making these studies inapplicable.2"

"While individual cases of sex hormone changes in men eating soyfoods have been reported, these men were consuming extremely high doses of soy (3 quarts of soymilk per day, in one case), and the effects were reversed when the soy intake was discontinued.6 A 2010 review in Fertility and Sterility concluded that “neither isoflavone supplements nor isoflavone-rich soy affect total or free testosterone levels” and that there’s “essentially no evidence from nine identified clinical studies that isoflavone exposure affects circulating estrogen levels in men.”7"

It's protein, but it's a poison pill. That shit's in everything now, so you have to be vigilant if you want to avoid it. I haven't eaten fast food in years, and I've recently (past 6-8 months) have been sourcing my food from local farmers via farmers markets almost exclusively.

You really gotta be careful about what you intake, wether it's food, media, music, movies, games, literature, cinema, etc. People are anal about eating right and then listen to music that's poisonous. You're putting that in you. Don't put toxic shit in you.

Dietetics is a study made up in the 1940s and 1950s to give women something slightly scientific to pursue. It isn't a real study and it isn't a real profession. The one thing that is most important in dietetics is to justify dietetics as a legitimate study, not to actually learn anything about how food and other substances affect affect people.

Funny guy. I avoid soy too still, but now I'm not all retarded like before avoiding anything that may have some small soy component in its ingredients like soy lecithin. Many chocolate candies have this. Lol.

Many chocolate candies have this.

Why? It doesn't seem necessary. They didn't do this fifty years ago. Why do they do it now?

Soy lecithin is an emulsifier. Why do they use it? Because it's cheaper and does the same thing as the non soy emulsifier. Soy is a cheap crop.

The amount is very little though. Like anything else the dose makes the poison. I'm sure there is a study out there for determining the dose of soy lecithin that causes health problems. The only red flag I see is the process to extract it from the soy bean. They use a chemical solvent, but again the dose makes the poison.

Well, that makes sense, and I agree the amount is the key thing. Unfortunately, a small amount once may have little affect, but small amounts in everything one eats is something entirely different.
