The tactical chatter in Russian media right now is that Biden's reference to the "Iranian people" is not the misstatement of a demented charlatan who's out of his (sanitarium) element and who sniffs little kids, but rather it's the unintentional leak of a classified operation to generate discord from within the Iranian system.

Russia is capitalizing on this misstatement.
