Each major event including this has globohomo uniformly acting to support or suppress something regardless of law or culture.
Today it is Russia being suppressed. A swift move from globohomo and the national economy of one of the most powerful nations to exist has been shattered in not even a week.

Russia's economy is not "shattered" nearly as bad as their propaganda wants you to believe. Also, third countries watching this are not impressed. Globohomo's overreaction means there is something else going on here - the best take I've heard is that they expect China is planning to make a move with Russia and these measures are designed to keep China from doing so.

Ive seen how they run things. Their world is not one I would be welcome in nor one I would want to be in.

You don't get it. China is not going to become the world overlord like America has been. In a multipolar world countries will be left to run their systems how they wish. That's the entire point - Russia and China and India do not like having the USA tell everyone else how to do business. To resolve this, they have to create competing international systems to enable countries to operate outside of the Western one. they're achieving that and this past week has moved the ball forward big time.

Sims 4 tried to skip releasing their new expansion pack in Russia too. Said it was bc Russia is homophobic and refused to sell it bc of the anti lgbt propaganda law. All they had to do is sell it for 18+, not let kids buy it. Base game even is 18+ sold in Russia. Since like 2014. Sims 4 acts like it’s a new law preventing it from being sold and they got called out so much they basically did an Oy Vey Shut It Down. They posted a notice to their website and social media declaring Russia to be unworthy of their stupid propaganda game, saying they stand by ‘the players’ who need representation as faggots so they won’t change the game to be sold in Russia when ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS SELL AS 18+ like always!! Then they post another notice saying never mind, we’ll quit picking on Russia and go back to our usual LGBT propaganda instead of war propaganda. They want both the US and Russia to hate each other so bad. They’re pathetic.
