They've been pushing for me to resign for a while now and finally went turbojew in order to make it look like I've been ignoring their reasonable requests. I don't know the exact reason why, but it appears as though they're scared to outright fire me, so HR has decided to play mind games to get me to give up and willingly leave.
I sent them an email from my personal account today stating I AM NOT resigning and per my state's laws, I demand to have my HR file sent to me as soon as possible. I also threatened legal action. Now I just need to find an employment lawyer to discuss my case. AT least a free consultation and all that, just to see if I have any ground to stand on. I at least want it in my file that I haven't resigned. It's sick and deranged that the company is trying to prevent me from using unemployment after they kick me out.

I send everything back, get my last paychecks, life goes on....UNTIL....two months later I call from my boss's replacement asking me for shit for a client and threatening me with jail if I didn't cough up. The word nigger was used many times in the conversation.

Needless to say they weren't pleased since I was using my company email to communicate with HR and past clients after they locked it. After getting copies of everything I wanted (including customer lists, code I wrote, software license keys, etc) I wiped by laptop and external hard drives before I sent them back.
You see they had an app running in the background (some EMC shit, I forgot the name) that made backups of directories to the main server. Anyway, once I got back into my laptop (knoppix for the win!) I copied and then deleted everything I had coded or built and forced a full backup. Dumb bastards just had a sync set up, not daily backups that you could go back in time to get. This was still a mechanical hard drive so I spent the weekend constantly DBANing the fucker over and over again. I considered drilling it but didn't want to get nailed for destroying property. I send everything back, get my last paychecks, life goes on....UNTIL....two months later I call from my boss's replacement asking me for shit for a client and threatening me with jail if I didn't cough up. The word nigger was used many times in the conversation.
Moral of story: also have an escape plan to fuck them over in place, even if you never need to use it.

This is called "constructive dismissal." They want you gone, but instead of firing you, they make it so you feel like you have no choice but to leave on your own, meaning they don't have to pay unemployment.
When you talk to an employment lawyer, this will likely be the focus, as constructive dismissal is seen as no different than outright firing (meaning they owe you unemployment), other than doing it this way being illegal.

Ive not been able to see an eye doctor to fix an issue with my eye for getting close to two years now. I cannot put into words the rage i feel at being denied this basic access to treatment for refusing to cave on the masks, so i absolutely understand the anger and powerlessness you must be feeling just now.
All i can say is fight them. Get that consultation. Find something to make them sweat. Make them work for firing you. I know its not clear who you should call or how you should get started, but dont let this go. Fight them.
