I was about to say this. As far as my experience tells me, the strength of relationship between father and son/ daughter is the most important thing, period. It doesn't matter if she's raised as a total tomboy, if the discipline and relationship is strong, it'll manifest into a successful and natural adulthood.

Back in the day I always preferred tomboys. Back 40 years ago they were more likely to be gym-toned, more likely to understand guys, & more inclined to like what guys like (hence easier to get along with). They were less likely to be nasty spoiled drama queens, less likely to start shit with other guys (for me to finish), less likely to buy into the feminazi crap, & overall way less manipulative.
