How are you going to recruit? Who are the leaders going to be? What happens when someone calls you a fed or a glowie? What happens when someone see's the guy next to him dragged off to be tortured to death or watches the guy with a crushed skull slowly die?

Even if you won what are you going to replace the government with? What changes are you going to make to the Constitution? What are you going to do when you figure out that 99% of people are not on board with actually gassing jews? You think they wont try to stop you?

During the process of filling in a few of the question marks you might find that civil war isn't the only option. In fact it's more likely to backfire and cause you to be genocided than to succeed.

The problem is that any successful movement needs persuasion, organization, leadership and money. Start working on developing those things in a way that the jews have trouble disrupting. It really won’t be a civil war like the last one. The country was very different back than compared to the modern day. If anything the breakup of Yugoslavia and Spanish civil combined are more likely scenarios to happen.
