Just started reading Ted Kaczynski, Industrial Society and it’s Future

submitted by 1Icemonkey to books 2.3 yearsJan 24, 2022 19:31:25 ago (+24/-2)     (books)

I am blown away! I don’t know why it took me so long getting around to it. Im like 12 pages in and it’s obvious the level of genius this guy was working with. Right away he delves into “leftism” and he’s right on all accounts so far.

I highly recommend this piece. It can be found online as a PDF, or you could make Ted angry and use internet technology and order a bound copy, which is what I did.

I read his manifesto a few years ago. He is on point for the most part. He understands communism and how they plan a technocratic state for the unwashed. We have a society glued to trash on TV, pretending they are rock stars on social media, and believe whatever government says. Fuck the human race. Bring on the asteroid.

Read it too. Some parts are schitzo, but for the most part, he wasn't wrong. At all.

Why buy the book? You're only giving your money to the (((Publishing Industry))).

Regarding the contents of the manifesto: he's somewhat correct. His analysis of liberalism is correct, but his fault is assuming that technology will destroy the world.

Sure, it's possible, and that's the way things seem to be heading with mass censorship and being able to brainwash whole generations at a time with propaganda, but properly utilized technology is great.

The Internet, had it not been subverted by (((commercial))) interests, could have been a wonderful place of free expression and trolling, but instead it has turned into several walled gardens of information and censorship.

Sigh.

I'm sceptical of anti-industrial types in general, but any exerpts I've read I've tended to agree with. I'll give it a look at some point.

I wanted to get it after seeing some excerpts, but after seeing some of his jailhouse interview, he sounds like such an amazing screechy fag, it turned me right off.

Weren’t all his victims random goys?

He may have been very culturally insightful, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t the most meaningless terrorist in history.

He's not wrong, though. Tech will be the end of humanity as we know it. One could theorize it is the next step in the evolutionary phase. Maybe all advanced societies eventually commit mass suicide by creating their superiors.

I think most people, including many high-lvl thinkers in this area, are entirely missing the point. It won't have anything to do with creating our superiors.

This is going to happen sometime between now and 2030. The kikes are lying about the time frame to everyone. It's the whole reason China wants Taiwan. They want TSMC and it would take them a decade at least to make a comparable processor facility.

All of the bs here and other sites like it are just for giggles. If whites aren't working on agi right now, that could simply be the end in just a few years. Work on agi anyone reading this.

Great book.

Anyone have other suggestions of similar books that we should all read sooner then later?

I've listened to it as two guys read it on their podcast and provided their two cents, it was fascinating with how spot on he was about 99% of his manifesto

I instinctively know (fellow genius) Ted's work IS spot on. "they" just aren't ready for his way of thinking (or mine).
