I've never seen such a braindead population. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc were/are pretty fucking bad. But TikTok really stepped it up. These fucks will watch this shit while laying in bed, ALL DAY. While walking. Shitting. Eating. To get to sleep. To get out of bed.
They're addicted and completely tuned out of reality. Paying no mind to their surroundings, completely consuming any propaganda that comes through their TikTok feed. They have a complete lack of ability to differentiate between propaganda and entertainment. They can't tell them apart.
Chasing those constant dopamine hits. Short videos you can instantly get a hit from viewing. Then onto the next one for hours and hours.
Shit ain't looking good.

Eugenics is a tough pill, but it's the right choice in theory.
The problem is who gets to do the choosing. Voluntary eugenics would be great. Maybe the gene therapy jab was an attempt at that.
If I were gubmint, I'd try $1000 for voluntary sterilization program, but I guess starting with donuts and weed is cheaper.

I'm on board with the elite's plan to exterminate the vast majority of humans.

The Culling has been ordained by Universe. It is part of the new age we have entered. The elites know this and think they can control the process and swing it so that they come out on top. The problem for them is that Universe is simply using them as a means to an end. Their machinations are simply part of a much larger process of Earth changes, Solar system changes, and changes in our galaxy.

The real determining factor comes down to individual decisions and actions. Do you get vaxxed or not? Do you become a degenerate who engages in homo sex or not? Do you eat good food or not? Do you exercise disciple in mind, body, and spirit or not? Etc., etc.

Many, many decisions will have to be made by each person. This is not a collectivist effort where a small group of 'leaders' sets the goals, makes the decisions, and everybody else mindlessly follows. (Sorry commies, nazis, and socialists — your dreams will not come to fruition.)

Each person will self-select whether or not they get to be part of the next evolution in human development through the decisions they make on a daily basis. There is ever greater chaos in store for us, but those that survive will then get to help chart the course of the next human evolution.
