I make it into a tea, and it's amazing. Clears my sinuses, gives me energy, instantly eliminates any stomach discomfort and calms/soothes the stomach. Why isn't ginger talked about more? It's like a miracle drug.
1. Take any herbal colon cleanse (UK based so brands could differ but i chose NU U Nutrition both colon cleanse and probiotic), follow instructions to clean system for 1 week.
2. ONLY AFTER acourse of colon cleanse, take L Glutamine powder in water (depending on how bad you think your gut is take between 5 to 45grams.
3. Simultaniously take a probiotic (again used Nu U platinum 60bil parts)
Take L glutamine and probiotic together for minumum 1 month. Avoid food that could effect the cleanliness of your gut. Eg cheese, red meat, fast food, oily foods, beans etc for 1 month at minimum.
Once the month is up you can start to reintroduce above food in moderation.
If it works you should start seeing a result at the 2 week mark, but keep at it for minimum 1 month. If you experience the same issues during your "weaning back to problematic food" stage your gut needs more time (very bad cases) but most at the 1 month mark.
Remember probiotic and l glutamine are good to take a few times a week to maintain your gut healt.
I hope that covers everything, ask if i left any info out!
My husband couldn't eat the tiniest bit of spice or drink a beer without getting bad pains in his gut. Now he can eat very hot foods no problem.
