I make it into a tea, and it's amazing. Clears my sinuses, gives me energy, instantly eliminates any stomach discomfort and calms/soothes the stomach. Why isn't ginger talked about more? It's like a miracle drug.
Where? It’s talked about plenty on health forums. You should add honey and tiny bit of black pepper to that tea too. You are gonna be shocked asking why is no one talking about honey lmao
Anyway, ginger is a blood thinner, so don’t go crazy and overdo it too too much
Ginger causes me some "effluent" problems, but it does have a lot of benefits. If you're older, the fluid in your ears thickens, making one prone to motion sickness. Ginger a few days before a trip, rollercoasters, or a boat ride will prevent issues.
And while ginger does it for a lot people, I've always preferred Mary Ann.
I came up with what i call a gut reset for my husband. A herbal colon cleanse course and then when finished, start taking L glutamine powder daily to restore the lining of your gut alongside a min 50 parts per Billion probiotic, husband did the L Glutamine and probiotic for a month, Suffered with IBS since early 20s (at least thats what he was told by docs) now he has no issues 4 years and counting with only the one course of treatment.
Best to do this on a detox/ healthy living otherwise you will affect the outcome.
1. Take any herbal colon cleanse (UK based so brands could differ but i chose NU U Nutrition both colon cleanse and probiotic), follow instructions to clean system for 1 week.
2. ONLY AFTER acourse of colon cleanse, take L Glutamine powder in water (depending on how bad you think your gut is take between 5 to 45grams.
3. Simultaniously take a probiotic (again used Nu U platinum 60bil parts)
Take L glutamine and probiotic together for minumum 1 month. Avoid food that could effect the cleanliness of your gut. Eg cheese, red meat, fast food, oily foods, beans etc for 1 month at minimum.
Once the month is up you can start to reintroduce above food in moderation.
If it works you should start seeing a result at the 2 week mark, but keep at it for minimum 1 month. If you experience the same issues during your "weaning back to problematic food" stage your gut needs more time (very bad cases) but most at the 1 month mark.
Remember probiotic and l glutamine are good to take a few times a week to maintain your gut healt.
I hope that covers everything, ask if i left any info out!
My husband couldn't eat the tiniest bit of spice or drink a beer without getting bad pains in his gut. Now he can eat very hot foods no problem.
Upon first glance of OP's thread title it looked like "Recently started talking nigger," to me, so I expanded the thread to see if it was an interesting story about having to deal with nignogs. I was confused about OP was talking about tea so I re-read the title and then it all made sense. I have got to slow down and learn to read carefully, sheeeeeeit.
And yes, ginger is genuinely fantastic. Helps with a cold when when you put it in tea, along with a squeeze of lemon and a drop of honey.
I've been adding ginger to my tea for years. I have slightly high blood pressure (according to todays standards) and have learned that hibiscus teas help with that. So I make a lemon hibiscus ginger tea. Mornings I normally drink green tea with lemon (lemon boosts the benefits of the teas), and sometimes add ginger if I'm feeling like it.
No clue what the comment about the bathroom was, I've seen zero difference there.
But onion and garlic are super-foods too, you don't see a lot mentioned there either.
No the inflammation thousands of years of human history has spoken about. The media never talks about inflammation and if they do they tell you to take a pill.
