Doesn't matter, christians say their religion is for everyone too, which is part of the problem. Both religions encourage internationalism. In Islam God says that every people/nation were sent a warner who told them to worship God exclusively.

In Islam one doesn't comment on the amount of rewriting and malicious changes made to the contents of a religion. The Christians, the Jews, the Sabians, the Zoroastrians, the Chinese, the Hindus, the Eskimos, the Aboriginals, the Japanese, the Mesoamericans, etc were all give their warners. Their religions are corrupted to varying degrees from the message originally delivered by their respective warner. They're not wholly false, nor are they preserved.

Islam is the guidance and instruction of the final warner sent to a people. Muhammad (s) was sent to the most backwards people on Earth. They worshiped idols and buried their own daughters alive out of shame. He was an orphan amongst them.

When I say Islam is "true" I mean that no other way of life is optimal in the view of God. The others are corrupted but not necessarily false in their original message.

For example, the Christians made Jesus (and the Spirit) into an idol or associate besides God. This does not mean that Jesus was false or that the Gospel was not from God. It means that we don't really know the teachings of Jesus or anything other than a basic overview of his life.

This personality cult that developed is indeed "false". The Gospel when Jesus recited it on his tongue in Aramaic was not false.
