The Americas were populated by a variety of genetic stock. Until real archaeology resumes on the mound cultures we can't know for sure who was running what. We do know that some of the artifacts show amerind faces. I think the reasonable assumption is that the early Amerind population had multiple genetic inputs.

Yes much of The America’s were populated by Whites and not just the Norse or the Solutreans but even ancient Celts, Greeks, Egyptians, and Romans have settled on the continent. Basically what happened is that Atlantis was/is a very real place that got destroyed due to mass flooding of the world which is really what many creation flood myths originated from such as in the book of genesis, epic of Gilgamesh, laws of manu, Greco-Roman, Celtic, and Norse mythology all talk about huge flood of the world as well as tall giants that existed and there remains exists too this day. Archeologists have found evidence of Europeans in America as far deep as in Oklahoma and Minnesota and some even speculate Colorado of course (((mainstream scientific community))) calls all of this conspiracy theories and pseudoscience to prevent anyone from looking into this. Also that there is genuine evidence of underground tunnels in much of the western part of the USA found in the Grand Canyon, the Rockies, underneath LA, and parts of Texas who claim to found evidence of Egyptian artifacts in these ruins same thing in Latin America like in the jungles of Brazil and Bolivia and the mountains of Peru, Chile, and Argentina. The NSDAP was trying to discover the hidden origins of the White race and they believed Whites came from ancient Nordic aliens who still might exist inside tunnels underneath the earth which can be accessed in places like the north and south poles as well as the Himalayas of Tibet where some believed contained the ancient city of shambalah which only appears to a very few people and will only open for all when all religions of the world put aside their differences and make peace.
